Hello, my name is Bronson Dorsey. Welcome to Lost, Texas. I am an architect and photographer. My interest in the old vernacular architecture of Texas started when I was a student at the University of Texas. For the last thirty-some-odd years, as I have traveled around the world, my eye has always been drawn more to buildings that were old and weathered than to those that were new and shiny. My current quest, and the purpose of this site, is to showcase examples of buildings around the State of Texas that are disappearing and will be Lost to the ravages of time.
